Job summary

OnePay is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations to own the operational engine behind our marketing ecosystem. You will drive initiatives from roadmap to execution with clear owners, timelines, actionable briefs, and collaborative alignment across Marketing, Creative, Design, and Product.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, build scalable processes, and serve as the primary liaison to keep priorities visible and on track.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution.
• Deep understanding of marketing workflows and production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and milestones.
• Build scalable processes for intake, briefs, production timelines, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as primary operational liaison with stakeholders, maintaining visibility into priorities, calendars, and roadmaps.
• Partner with creative and studio teams to ensure briefs are complete and blockers removed.
• Coordinate across agencies and production partners to keep schedules on track.
