The role requires 4+ years in marketing operations with HTML/CSS, server-side JavaScript, CMS, QA testing, and cross-functional delivery. This is a 1-year contract based in New York with potential to extend or convert.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in marketing operations, technical marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing.
• Hands-on HTML and CSS experience.
• Server-side JavaScript or similar scripting experience.
• Experience building and managing email and in-app templates.
• Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation platforms, or CRM tools.
• Strong QA and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and manage transactional communication templates across email and in-app channels.
• Support communications related to pricing changes, billing, subscriptions, and terms of service.
• Use HTML, CSS, and server-side scripting to develop and maintain responsive templates.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, legal, and operations teams.
• Translate requirements into accurate customer communications and test across devices.
• Quality assure messages and optimize delivery and engagement metrics.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Document processes, testing procedures, and platform configurations.
