Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead and evolve the client acquisition engine across our network of veterinary practices. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will guide a team of Paid Media Strategists, own performance across an assigned portfolio, and translate strategy into high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business.
• 6+ years of experience in performance, paid, digital or growth marketing.
• 3+ years of team leadership leading high-impact teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance team’s day-to-day priorities, development, and initiatives.
• Own paid media performance across an assigned portfolio of practices, using data and market context to drive opportunities.
• Develop and evolve multi-channel paid media strategies for audience, market, channel, investment, and performance insights.
• Oversee implementation, tracking, and attribution of paid channels for accurate measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to resolve performance challenges and support shared goals.
