What This Role is All About

The Restaurants, Nightlife, and Food & Beverage Senior Marketing Manager is a key strategist and storyteller, driving the marketing vision for our diverse portfolio of bars, restaurants, and F&B experiences across Starwood Hotels—including 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels.

This role is a blend of creativity, data-driven strategy, and hospitality expertise, ensuring our F&B brands stand out, drive revenue, and build lasting guest loyalty.

With expertise spanning digital marketing, social media, PR, programming and partnerships, this person knows how to craft compelling brand stories, develop buzzworthy campaigns, and position each venue as a must-visit destination—all while maintaining alignment with the larger hotel brand.

Food and beverage is more than what’s on the plate or in the glass—it’s about experience, culture, and community. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, brings a digital-first mindset, and seamlessly executes high-impact marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife marketing, with a track record of driving guest engagement, revenue, and brand recognition.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Experience managing multiple (5+) brands at once.
  • Strong background in PR, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations within the food, beverage, and lifestyle industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools to drive guest engagement and retention.
  • Passion for culinary, mixology, nightlife, sustainability, and hospitality trends with a deep understanding of guest behavior and market dynamics.
  • Experience leading creative teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Here’s what success looks like in this role:

  • Brand Strategy & Concept Development – Assist in shaping the positioning, visual identity, and storytelling for new F&B venues, ensuring they establish unique identities while staying aligned with hotel brands.
  • Integrated Marketing Execution – Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new concepts that differentiate the venue, enhance brand affinity, and drive guest engagement.
  • Social Media & Content – Assist in shaping social strategy, contribute to content development, support content calendar execution, and help track KPIs.
  • PR & Media Relations – Work closely with PR teams to coordinate media coverage and strategic brand partnerships.
  • Digital Optimization – Support digital audits and optimizations to enhance visibility, SEO, and online reputation across all digital platforms.
  • Campaigns & Experiential Marketing – Assist in executing seasonal promotions, special events, and exclusive F&B experiences that create buzz and drive revenue.
  • Guest Journey Program – Contribute to the development and execution of our F&B guest journey program, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience at every touchpoint.
  • Performance Analysis – Gather and analyze data to provide insights that help refine marketing strategies and optimize impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with hotel marketing and F&B teams to ensure seamless alignment between brand objectives and on-property initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Based in Miami, FL, with the ability to work on-site in our home office.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B, or lifestyle brand marketing. Experience working on-property is a plus.
  • Background in luxury/lifestyle hospitality or F&B marketing preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media trends, with expertise in both paid and organic strategies.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with the ability to translate that enthusiasm into marketing initiatives.
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset, capable of working cross-functionally to drive impact.
