Vault Roofing, a growth-focused home services brand, seeks a Sr. Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across markets.

You will drive multi-location campaigns, align with sales and operations, and craft content and programs that build the Vault brand locally while preserving a unified national voice. The role requests 5+ years in marketing with strong leadership, analytics, and channel expertise, plus willingness to travel to local markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing, strategy or consulting experience.
• Experience managing marketing across multiple locations.
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
• Ability to travel to local markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for current and expansion markets.
• Set a holistic marketing vision across 20+ locations with consistent branding.
• Lead planning and execution of activations for new markets and existing ones.
• Analyze lead data by channel/location to optimize spend and ROI.
• Partner with outbound and revenue teams to align lead flow with budget and P&L.
