The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager to support the execution of a Tier 1 asset manager’s paid media strategy across all channels, including social, search, and digital, with a specialization in integrated campaign execution on LinkedIn. Physically sitting within the New York marketing organization and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role will help lead the planning, implementation, and performance analysis of media campaigns that support brand, content, and product marketing initiatives.

This is a high-visibility position that combines strategic thinking with digital media executional precision. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, an expert in digital media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and thrives as a self-starter.

You will collaborate regularly with firm marketing leadership, creative and compliance teams, and media agency partners to deliver integrated campaign solutions that meet business objectives and adhere to brand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with agency partners to execute paid media campaigns across all channels including LinkedIn, digital, and search, supporting a range of institutional and intermediary initiatives in the US, Canada, and Latin America
  • Act as a strategic liaison between firm stakeholders and media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget – offering informed guidance on objectives, formats, and content to optimize performance against business objectives
  • Guide the firm’s marketing team in the development of creative assets with program leads and agency partners, including partnering with design resources and ensuring compliance with internal review processes
  • Translate firm marketing objectives into actionable media plans and reporting frameworks, preparing and delivering reports for leadership
  • Deliver detailed campaign performance reporting to marketing leadership and stakeholders, extracting insights, and providing clear, data-informed recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with channel marketers, investment writers, and analytics teams within the firm to align media efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Stay informed on platform innovations, media trends, and industry benchmarks to drive ongoing improvements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services or within an agency supporting B2B clients
  • Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social management and listening tools (Hearsay, Talkwalker). Experience across Google Ads, and display media platforms is a plus.
  • Project Management experience from ideation to execution across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle: planning, asset development, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at stakeholder management
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, and analytics teams
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a complex environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
