Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior brand strategist to bridge brand and product, ensuring every surface aligns with the Coinbase brand. You’ll shape how we present the brand across GTM, product, and CX, affecting decisions beyond campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing and Partnerships to translate insights into strategy and help integrate brand into products and partnerships we build.

The brand team at Coinbase leads defining the vision for the Coinbase brand and how this can be best delivered in marketing and across the company. We see the brand as an Operating System that instructs and inspires all we do across the company. We are looking for a senior strategist to bring brand and product closer together, and ensures everything we do flows from and reinforces the Coinbase brand.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll close the gap between what Coinbase promises and what customers experience by helping the brand shape and impact every surface, from GTM to product to CX. This role sits at the center of Integrated Marketing and owns how the brand travels beyond campaigns into the way we build, launch, and show up across the company.
• Author creative GTM strategies for product and partner initiatives, working closely with our Product Marketing and Partnership teams, and help shape the output from these briefs
• Work with product marketers and partnership marketers to drive strategy upstream into the products we deliver and the partnerships we build and our role within them

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience setting brand and product strategy either internally at companies or at agencies
• Experience in shaping go to market strategy
• Experience in delivering a brand across an organization, not just inside the marketing org
• Strong persuasive writing skills, comfortable in partnering with Insights to shape and design research and apply it to the problems you're solving
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.

Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):: $205,785 USD - $242,100 USD
