About The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute all of LAC’s marketing functions. In this high-visibility, hands-on role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, generate consumer and referral leads, and support our mission to serve families affected by autism. You’ll initially manage one team member and work closely with leadership across the organization. This is a remote position with travel to South Bend, Indiana as needed.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan aligned with company goals
  • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity

Digital Marketing

  • Lead all digital efforts: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid ads
  • Manage the company website to ensure it is optimized and user-friendly
  • Use data and analytics to drive performance and improve conversions

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create high-quality content (blogs, web copy, social media, email newsletters, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop referral marketing materials and messaging

Public Relations & Community Engagement

  • Develop PR strategies and write press releases
  • Support social media engagement and community event initiatives
  • Build relationships with media outlets and local organizations

Marketing Operations

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships
  • Oversee budgets, tools, and reporting
  • Mentor and guide one marketing team member

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a small company environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and lead complex projects/workstreams independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • A passion for helping children with autism
  • Experience in the ABA therapy industry or a related healthcare field is preferred
