How are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing media team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email and affiliate marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive conversions. The ideal candidate will be a performance marketing expert with a proven track record of managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and leveraging data to drive results

Your primary responsibility will be to grow and optimize our prospecting email and affiliate marketing programs to generate high-quality leads for conversion and sales. You will work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and the creative team to design, execute, and analyze high-impact programs from inception to deployment and performance management.

This role demands a strong focus on project management, business analysis, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimization. You will be responsible for budget management, ensuring that monthly spending is allocated effectively to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting email and affiliate marketing programs, from strategy to execution
  • Oversee and optimize prospecting marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and vendors, managing negotiations and ensuring effective media placements.
  • Conduct A/B testing segmentation to continuously improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance
  • Implement data-driven adjustments to optimize conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Success, Creative, and Technology, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on digital platforms.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking tools such as Everflow, Impact or Commission Junction
  • Proven analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex data clearly.
  • High proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools; experience with third-party tracking and measurement platforms is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude who is not afraid to dive into the details.

Compensation, Benefits And Work Settings

  • Competitive compensation: $80,000 - $95,000/Yearly, Full Time opportunity.
  • Benefits Package: 401k matching, health, dental and vision, paid time off.
  • Hybrid: Monday & Friday remote with Tue/Wed/Thurs in office
