We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who knows how to turn strategy into measurable growth.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a marketing manger who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital performance, local marketing, and multi-unit operations.
You'll lead marketing strategy across a growing portfolio of health and wellness brands, including Lindora and E20, with a clear mandate: strengthen our brands, generate qualified leads, accelerate membership sales, and help our locations grow.
The right leader for this role is equally comfortable developing portfolio-wide strategy, analyzing campaign ROI, partnering with franchise owners, and creating grassroots programs that drive customers through the door.
If you believe the best marketing combines powerful digital strategy with exceptional local execution, this could be your next opportunity.
Set the vision and execute an integrated marketing strategy across our portfolio while preserving what makes each brand unique.
Own the digital engine behind customer acquisition and growth.
Lead strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, content, marketing automation, and digital lead generation, continually evaluating performance and optimizing investment.
Develop campaigns supporting high-value services and memberships, including wellness programs, GLP-1 offerings, and E20 services.
Using platforms and reporting tools such as Zenoti, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing analytics, you'll connect marketing investment to leads, conversions, revenue, and ROI.
We believe strong brand and digital marketing should be matched by exceptional execution at the local level.
Develop programs that help individual locations become more visible and connected within their communities through:
You'll create playbooks, tools, training, and best practices that make effective local marketing easier to execute - whether you're supporting a Lindora studio manager or an E20 franchise owner.
Ensure every customer touchpoint strengthens our brands.
Oversee brand standards and messaging across the portfolio while providing leadership around social media, public relations, reputation management, content, and marketing communications.
You'll work closely with cross-functional leadership to ensure marketing is directly connected to our operational priorities, customer experience, and growth objectives.
You're a strategic marketer—but you're also an operator.
You understand that marketing success isn't measured only in impressions and engagement. It's measured in qualified leads, conversions, memberships, revenue, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.
You can think enterprise-wide and locally at the same time.
You love the sophistication of digital performance marketing—but you also understand the power of a great community partnership, referral program, local event, or studio activation.
You're comfortable working with executives, operators, studio teams, and franchise owners, and you know how to translate strategy into programs people can actually execute.
Most importantly, you're energized by the opportunity to build, test, measure, improve, and grow.
In addition to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a growing health and wellness portfolio, eligible employees may receive:
Ready to Build What's Next?
This isn't a role focused on maintaining the status quo.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how a growing portfolio of health and wellness brands goes to market - creating stronger systems, smarter campaigns, better local execution, and a more connected growth strategy across the organization.
If you're ready to build marketing that doesn't just get attention - drives growth, we'd love to hear from you.
