Choate Construction Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Charlotte to lead marketing strategy and pursuit efforts across three local markets. This role blends hands-on leadership with mentorship of the marketing team, shaping proposals, presentations, and client engagements to drive growth and brand strength.

The position supports a collaborative Marketing & Communications group and partners with office leadership to balance workload and deliver compelling messages that win work
