Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead enterprise marketing priorities and run a high-performing organization. The role spans Communications, Brand, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics across multiple states and markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field; advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams across markets or business units.
Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to growth, lead generation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans aligned with priorities and resources.
Advance initiatives for listing acquisition, agent recruiting and engagement; support market activation.
Lead brand identity, communications, digital marketing and content across enterprise and markets.
Oversee budgets, vendors and partnerships with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Partner with executives to ensure marketing is a responsive business partner across the enterprise.
