Enovis is seeking a Senior Manager, US Marketing, Resident & Fellowship Strategy to lead downstream marketing for resident and fellowship engagement, acquisition, retention and long‑term customer development. You will drive data‑driven programs that build enduring surgeon relationships across training and beyond.

The role requires 8+ years in medical device marketing, a strong grasp of orthopedic procedures, cross‑functional collaboration, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in successful marketing roles within medical devices or related field.
• Experience launching and scaling complex marketing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop relationships with residency and fellowship programs.

• Develop strategy and processes for working with orthopedic residency programs.
• Lead communications with fellows and residents across programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven marketing initiatives.
