Job summary

Steiner Industries, a Bunzl division, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing function—from strategy to execution. You will drive campaigns, digital initiatives, and content creation while partnering with Sales leadership to align priorities.

The role is hybrid, based in Cerritos, CA (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing, B2B, industrial sectors, and hands-on SEO, website management, email campaigns, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong hands-on digital marketing experience (SEO, website management, email marketing, campaigns).
• Proven ability to execute strategy with ownership and follow-through.
• Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing, especially distributor/channel-focused environments.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred.
• Experience marketing technical products with specifications or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead campaigns to launch new products across multiple channels.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities and budgets.
• Drive digital marketing execution and content creation.
• Partner with sales leadership on priorities and materials.
