Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Marketing Events Coordinator to lead a broad calendar of events, from branded programs to webinars and client appreciation gatherings. You will own events from concept to completion and collaborate with attorneys, Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, and Diversity & Inclusion to strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm’s brand.

Based in Mountain View, CA with travel as needed, you will leverage event technology like Cvent and explore AI tools

Qualifications

3-6 years of event planning experience, with law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing events end to end, including budgets and vendors.
Experience with CLEs, webinars, or sponsorships is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Comfort with ROI reporting and event technology such as Cvent.
Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Mountain View and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute events from concept to completion.
Partner with attorneys and Business Development on client dinners, sporting events, and VIP experiences.
Track budgets, process invoices, and manage vendor relationships.
Measure event ROI and recommend improvements to existing programs.
Support events on-site, both in-office and at external venues.
