Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Marketing Events Coordinator to lead a broad calendar of events, from branded programs to webinars and client appreciation gatherings. You will own events from concept to completion and collaborate with attorneys, Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, and Diversity & Inclusion to strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm’s brand.

Based in Mountain View, CA with travel as needed, you will leverage event technology like Cvent and explore AI tools

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of event planning experience, with law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing events end to end, including budgets and vendors.
• Experience with CLEs, webinars, or sponsorships is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ROI reporting and event technology such as Cvent.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Mountain View and travel as needed.

Job description

A leading Silicon Valley law firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Events Coordinator to lead and support a wide range of internal and external events. These include branded programs, webinars, CLEs, sponsorships, client appreciation events, retreats, and practice group events.

You’ll own events from concept to completion and partner closely with attorneys, Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, and Diversity & Inclusion. Your work will strengthen client relationships, support alumni and diversity initiatives, and build the firm's brand. You’ll also help the team find ways to streamline event workflows and adopt AI tools like Claude and Writer.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute events end to end, including invitations, promotion, budgets, vendors, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
• Partner with attorneys and Business Development on client dinners, sporting events, and VIP experiences
• Track budgets, process invoices, and manage vendor relationships
• Measure event ROI and recommend improvements to existing programs
• Support events on-site, both in-office and at external venues
