This role shapes brand, product marketing, lifecycle, and cross-functional alignment with the central marketing organization to drive measurable revenue growth across Web, iOS, and Android.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or product-led growth with a track record of revenue impact.
• Proven ability to lead senior relationships and high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, growth, and marketing.
• Full-stack marketing with lifecycle understanding across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Demonstrated ROI through attribution modeling and MMM techniques.
• Strong brand, messaging, and product marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with AI-driven discovery channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cohesive go-to-market strategies for Joist across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Own customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels with lifecycle impact.
• Lead Joist's brand and product marketing including messaging and pricing input.
• Coordinate with Joist GM and central Marketing to align on growth initiatives.
• Drive lifecycle marketing across onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
• Establish rigorous testing and measurement practices to improve ROI.
• Lead and grow the Joist marketing team and partner with EverPro central Marketing.
• Report performance and trends weekly, monthly, quarterly.
