EverCommerce seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead Joist's customer acquisition. You will own the growth engine across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing to scale acquisition with measurable outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in growth or digital marketing, experience managing large paid media budgets, and strong analytical skills. Remote-friendly Canada-based option available, with cross-functional collaboration and executive visibility.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses.
• Experience managing significant paid media investments ($10M+ preferred).
• Strong forecasting, experimentation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set the acquisition strategy and growth roadmap for Joist.
• Develop annual and quarterly growth plans across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Prioritize investments based on business impact and long-term growth potential.
• Own Joist's multi-million-dollar acquisition budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, App Store, and emerging channels.
• Build and manage Joist's experimentation roadmap and prioritize high-impact tests.
• Forecast acquisition and align with Analytics for measurement and attribution.
