Job summary

IRISS, Inc. in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to lead brand visuals across all customer touchpoints. You will merge hands-on design with leadership, guiding the global marketing team to deliver premium assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital experiences.

You will mentor designers, manage workflows, and push for design excellence using AI-powered tools while maintaining the IRISS “Humanizing Safety” brand position.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• AI-assisted creative production (AI tools) is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint design skills with presentation templates.
• Experience creating digital and print marketing assets with strict brand consistency.
• Excellent typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with multi-priority handling.
• Experience with Figma, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production of high-quality marketing assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, events, and sales enablement.
• Design executive presentations, sales decks, distributor presentations, and corporate PowerPoint templates.
• Create product literature including brochures, catalogs, spec sheets, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and technical documentation.
• Develop visual assets supporting product launches, go‑to‑market campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and customer education initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage creative workflows, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.
• Mentor creative team members and collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and sales teams.
• Maintain design system, templates, digital asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
