Job summary

Sequencing is hiring a Senior Marketing Designer to craft social ads and AI-enabled campaigns for a consumer wellness audience. You’ll own creative work from concept to launch, collaborating with growth, lifecycle, and product marketing teams to push performance across digital channels.

You’ll leverage Runway, Midjourney, Kling, and ElevenLabs while maintaining the brand system and producing landing pages and lifecycle visuals that convert.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, growth, or performance design, ideally at a consumer or wellness brand.
• A portfolio of social media ads, and the ability to explain what you tested, what worked, and why.
• A strong understanding of what works on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube today.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for images, video, voice, or editing in day-to-day work.
• Strong motion and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Good visual taste and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort working independently: you spot opportunities, share ideas, and carry projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Create social ads that perform across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including static images, motion graphics, creator-style videos, and AI-generated video.
• Test and learn by trying a wide range of ideas, messages, formats, and visual styles; review results with the growth team.
• Build with AI daily using Runway, Midjourney, Kling, and ElevenLabs to speed up production; share new tools with the team when found.
• Design and iterate on landing pages (Unbounce and similar tools), email and lifecycle creative, and subscription experiences to improve conversion.
• Make the science simple by turning DNA/genome concepts into clear visuals for a curious, non-scientist audience.
• Keep the system sharp by evolving the brand system and maintaining Figma files, templates, and asset libraries.
