Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Kentucky is seeking a Marketing Analytics Data Scientist to quantify customer acquisition quality for deposit campaigns and inform strategy through rigorous experimentation and value-based frameworks.

You will develop, maintain, and apply lifetime value and discounted cash flow models, deliver actionable insights to senior leaders, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and strategy teams to optimize marketing spend and drive growth in consumer banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
3+ years applying statistical methods to real-world business problems.
3+ years SQL experience.
3+ years R experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and ROI/cost-benefit evaluations.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and incrementality.
Experience with data visualization and executive-ready presentations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain LTV and DCF frameworks for customer acquisition performance.
Analyze deposit marketing initiatives to deliver insights and guidance.
Design, execute and evaluate experiments (A/B, incrementality).
Support ROI analyses and marketing investment optimization.
Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost–benefit evaluations.
Collaborate with marketing analytics, test design, strategy, and finance teams.
Present findings to senior leaders with clear storytelling and actions.
Improve analytics workflows and repeatable measurement approaches.
