Archer, in partnership with J.P. Morgan, seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst in Marketing Data and Analytics to design data-driven audience solutions and improve campaign execution across digital channels.

You will translate business goals into clear requirements, define data standards, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology to deliver measurable outcomes with strong governance of AI-enabled targeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in data analytics and customer segmentation with linkage to campaign outcomes.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools (Python, Excel, Tableau, Adobe).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for non-technical partners.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, measurement, and test-and-learn optimization.
• Strong project execution skills across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain AI-supported decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design data and audience management approaches for consistent targeting and measurement.
• Develop data quality monitoring and automated operational reporting.
• Analyze performance and signals to improve relevance and efficiency.
• Standardize audience outputs, requirements, and testing checklists.
• Manage end-to-end data initiatives including monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on designs and delivery plans.
• Identify AI opportunities and support governance, explainability, and measurable outcomes.
