As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing audience segmentation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting marketing campaigns through data-driven strategies. This role requires expertise in SQL, audience platforms, and collaboration with marketing and engineering teams to optimize targeting efforts.

The Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience with audience segmentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Hightouch, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience using SQL for querying audience data (Snowflake preferred).
• Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience documenting and maintaining data dictionaries or audience management systems.

Core Tasks:

• Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
• QA audience definitions and configurations to ensure accuracy in targeting and compliance with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate SQL queries and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
• Maintain and update the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage documentation.
• Troubleshoot audience discrepancies within platforms like Hightouch or Braze.

The Compensation:

• ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
