Job Description: Senior Marketing Data Analyst

NowVertical, a publicly listed company on the TSXV headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our analytics & AI solutions team, focusing on B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for technology clients. We operate in North America, EMEA, and LATAM regions, helping clients transform data into business value with AI.

Experience: 7-10 years of data-driven professional experience in B2B marketing analytics with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize rigorous statistical methods to analyze demographic, sociographic, credit, and proprietary data; develop predictive response models; perform data cleansing; implement behavioral segmentation for high-value account identification.
2. Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance; conduct funnel analysis; develop multivariate testing strategies; recommend improvements for ROI.
3. Reporting and Communication: Create dashboards; communicate insights and performance results to clients and internal teams.
4. Strategic Recommendations: Evaluate martech solutions; translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
5. Leadership: Mentor at least one direct report; participate in leadership development activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with statistical analysis tools (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL).
• Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and data extraction techniques.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
