Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Communications & Marketing.
• Partner with Communications and Marketing leaders from intake through close.
• Build talent maps across tech, consumer, enterprise, media, and agencies.
• Develop sourcing strategies per discipline and evaluate portfolios and writing samples.
• Implement structured work-sample and portfolio reviews.
• Provide leadership with pipeline health, market reads, and compensation insights.
• Apply AI tools to research, sourcing, outreach, and workflows.
