  • Co-develop and coordinate omnichannel communication strategies that support product launches, campaigns and brand-building efforts.
  • Coordinate external organizational announcements, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand voice.

Internal & Executive Communications

  • Author internal channel presentations, executive decks, and company-wide email communications for leadership and agency approval.
  • Develop and manage internal campaigns to promote transparency, engagement, and alignment across functions.
  • Facilitate internal storytelling initiatives and team member spotlights that reinforce culture and brand values.

  • Support content and execution for the company’s LinkedIn presence and related owned channels.
  • Manage social listening and engagement across review sites, discussion boards, and professional platforms.
  • Promote internal participation in corporate social channels and thought-leadership opportunities.

Agency & Workflow Coordination

  • Oversee non-agency driven campaign briefs, timelines, review processes, and performance metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors for Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Commercialization divisions.
  • Serves as key point of contact for agency partners.
  • Manage the workflow and output of both internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring on-time and on-brand content delivery.

  • Track and co-own brand health metrics (e.g., awareness survey results) and marketing specific KPIs, customer feedback, and competitive marketing trends.
  • Share actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to translate insights into campaign enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, internal communications, or brand marketing
  • Experience managing internal and external agency partners, timelines, and cross-functional workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for executive, clinical, and commercial audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in content platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing tools, review/social monitoring platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
