Job summary

Neuronetics is seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications to provide strategic leadership for internal and external communications on a national and international scale.

You will develop familiarity and reputation across new sectors, strengthening messaging and branding for Neuronetics' NeuroStar and related brands. You will lead corporate communications, website/landing page optimization, PR and brand strategy, collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
• 7+ years’ experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs, including email campaigns
• Experience writing and editing creative promotional copy, content for sales tools and press materials
• Proven project management skills—able to create and execute campaigns from beginning to end, documenting critical details and timelines

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads Corporate Communications Strategy and Calendar Management across Neuronetics
• Strategize, implement and optimize website infrastructure, UX and ongoing analytics
• Develops and manages Social Media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Oversees Public Relations strategy including media outreach, events and agencies
• Leads Advocate Program strategy, outreach and content with marketing partners
• Identifies opportunities for partnerships and influencer collaborations
• Maintains brand messaging and consistency across marketing materials and channels
• Analyses brand perception and campaign effectiveness; adjusts messaging as needed
• Manages lead flow from inquiry to patient re-treatment

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field

7+ years’ experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs

Experience writing and editing creative promotional copy

Proven project management skills
