Job summary

Neuronetics is seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications to lead internal and external messaging, elevate the company’s brand, and support global communications initiatives.

You will partner with the AVP of Marketing to shape strategy across digital, PR, and brand programs. The role requires 7+ years in integrated marketing, strong writing and project-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
  • 7+ years in integrated marketing programs including email campaigns.
  • Experience writing/editing promotional copy, sales content, and press materials.
  • Proven project management—plan, execute campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Corporate Communications Strategy and calendar across Neuronetics.
  • Strategize and optimize website infrastructure, UX, and analytics for all brands.
  • Develop and manage Social Media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, IG) and content creation/agency management.
  • Develop and manage Public Relations strategy and ecosystem including advocates, partnerships, influencers, and events.
  • Lead Advocate Program strategy, outreach, activations & content with marketing partners.
  • Grow brand awareness through partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging with other departments and provide field-ready materials.

Job description

Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications will report directly to our Associate Vice President, Marketing and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to deliver outstanding internal & external communication to advance Neuronetics identity, reputation, and mission on a national and international scale. The Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications will assist Neuronetics to develop familiarity and reputation in new sectors across digital platforms strengthening messaging and communication to enhance Neuronetics success.

Corporate Communications
  • Responsible for the overall Corporate Communications Strategy and Calendar Management across Neuronetics.
  • Strategize, implement and optimize website infrastructure, implementation, UX and on-going analysis for optimization.
  • Develops and executes Social Media strategy, inclusive of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & IG, Content Briefing & Creation/ Agency Management.
  • Develops and manages overall Public Relations strategy and ecosystem, inclusive of advocates, partnerships, KOLs, influencers, events and agencies.
  • Develops and manages Advocate Program strategy, outreach, activations & content, inclusive of marketing partners.
  • Identifies, manages and executes engagement across society and brand partnerships.
Website and landing pages
  • Strategize, implement and optimize website infrastructure across all brands, implementation, UX and on-going analysis for optimization.
  • Audit websites, strategize and implement SEO & AEO strategy and enhancements for organic and paid path flows across all brands.
Corporate / Consumer PR
  • Amplify our brand and corporate messages through PR media campaigns, press releases, and media inquiries.
  • Oversee PR efforts to align messaging with brand values and enhance public perception.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive media strategies.
  • Strategically utilize Key Opinion leaders and patient advocates in a variety of roles to further build trust and credibility for the brand, give insights to the patient journey, and raise awareness about mental health and NeuroStar.
  • Ensure the field has access to published materials for them to share with customers.
Brand Strategy
  • Support and refine the company's brand positioning for Neuronetics, NeuroStar, and Greenbrook through voice, and messaging framework to ensure that we communicate a compelling value proposition.
  • Build scalable frameworks for managing practice-level digital presence, including social media and digital advertising.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness through partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Analyze brand perception and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize messaging
  • Optimize and manage NPL and “hand-off” between NS and customers.
  • Develop, monitor and optimize lead management from NPL through patient re-treatment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of and passion for current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs, including email campaigns
  • Experience writing and editing creative promotional copy, content for sales tools and press materials
  • Proven project management skills—able to create and execute campaigns from beginning to end, documenting critical details and timelines

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
