Job summary

Fisica, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Communications Senior Specialist to support marketing, branding, and communications across defense and aerospace businesses. The role involves developing campaigns, creating content, managing digital communications, and coordinating trade shows.

Collaborate with BD, Engineering, PM, and leadership to strengthen brand awareness and strategic objectives, while translating technical capabilities into clear messages for government and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–7 years in marketing, communications, PR, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating trade shows and corporate events.
• Ability to translate complex engineering capabilities into clear marketing messages.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Maintain branding and messaging across materials and channels.
• Create brochures, capability statements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Develop digital content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Support internal and external corporate communications.
