Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of marketing, client services, or communications experience.
• Experience in service-oriented roles with advisor-facing responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft internal communications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; comfortable using templates and format translation.
• Proactive by nature with professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Connect advisors and channel leads to existing resources and FAQs.
• Support advisor-facing marketing needs including deck requests and event coordination.
• Draft and prepare general MarComm assets with strategic leads.
• Support internal and external events with materials prep and logistics.
• Draft and route stakeholder communications and registration updates.
• Apply MarComm best practices to assets and communications.
• Complete template formatting and content translation into templates.
