Job description

Fielding Management Group (FMG) is seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Senior Marketing & Brand Manager to lead marketing efforts across our diverse family of brands. From education and wellness to hospitality and retail, each FMG brand is united by a single goal : empowering individuals-especially those with special needs-to thrive.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys big-picture strategy, hands-on execution, and mentoring a growing team. You'll lead marketing initiatives, shape brand experiences, and help drive growth across eight dynamic businesses, with potential for future expansion as new opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands and industries.
  • Translate business goals into effective marketing plans that build awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to refine brand architecture and positioning.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity across all brands.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and oversee approvals for marketing assets.

Campaigns & Content

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Oversee social media strategy and storytelling efforts to amplify each brand's voice.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website performance.
  • Use A / B testing and marketing data to optimize digital presence and lead generation.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to leadership.
  • Coordinate external vendors and freelancers; manage marketing budgets and contracts.

Community & Public Relations

  • Support local events, partnerships, and public relations efforts.
  • Enhance community engagement and visibility through storytelling and brand-aligned activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • Provide brand training and marketing support across departments.

Who You Are

You're a collaborative, strategic thinker with experience leading marketing in complex or multi-brand environments. You balance creativity with analytical rigor, and thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven culture.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in an agency or multi-brand company
  • Proven success managing brand strategy and integrated campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and social media
  • Comfort with analytics and marketing KPIs to drive decision-making
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Bonus points for experience in :

  • Education, nonprofit, or community-based industries
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools
  • Copywriting for ads, websites, or email marketing
