Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

Job Overview

This position is responsible for marketing analytics and reporting for the digital revenue organization. The reporting will be based on revenue/profit attribution, incremental business analysis, campaign result tracking, customer insight analysis, and other marketing metrics. The key is to build cohesive reports from various data sources and present insights using data visualization tools. Additionally, the role involves creating target lists for marketing campaigns and tracking results in partnership with management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze attributable and incremental revenue, ensure proper attribution, and present results using PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with campaign and marketing managers to understand campaigns and develop tracking and insights.
  • Develop innovative reporting and visualization to support strategic decisions.
  • Support expansion of marketing analysis across divisions and business units under leadership guidance.
  • Create and distribute monthly incremental analysis reports.
Data Administration, Attribution & Marketing Tests
  • Maintain documentation on report generation processes for knowledge continuity.
  • Enhance data visualization and access with third-party tools.
Marketing Automation & Audience Segmentation
  • Guide on Marketo Smart Audiences, reviewing for relevance.
  • Assist in developing targeted marketing strategies and customer segmentation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to marketing channels.
Special Projects
  • Participate in time-sensitive special projects as required.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and marketing intelligence.
  • High proficiency in PowerBI is required.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
