TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Marketing Effectiveness team. This client-facing role bridges data and strategy, translating complex analyses into stories that drive client business goals.

You will present findings to clients, act as a trusted advisor, and grow client-facing and presentation skills within a dynamic agency environment. This contract-to-hire role is fully remote from Milwaukee, WI, with a strong emphasis on analytics and communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a data analyst role, with flexibility on the exact number of years.
• Must have experience working in a marketing agency.
• Proven experience with marketing data and analytics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Develop and deliver presentations and dashboards that tell the story behind the data.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Dig into data to find solutions, often going beyond the initial query to uncover deeper insights.
• Work with various data sources, including Google Analytics, to understand and report on marketing performance.
