Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our data-driven agency. This position is critical in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels, including paid search and paid social. The ideal candidate will be an expert in data analysis and visualization, with a strong ability to generate insights that drive marketing performance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver actionable recommendations that improve campaign outcomes and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Lead the analysis of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social and organic channels. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for campaign optimization. Provide actionable insights that help enhance ROI.
- Strategic Insights: Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing. Use advanced analytical thinking to identify performance drivers and recommend optimization strategies that align with company goals.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Create and present impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Develop KPIs and ensure data accuracy and integrity, providing marketing team with clear and meaningful insights.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies. Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on test results to improve marketing performance.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for marketing data, collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and metrics. Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Data Tracking & Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data tracking . Ensure clean and accurate data collection for decision-making and campaign performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business, economics, or a related field. A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in paid media analysis.
- Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach ambiguous problems analytically and strategically, synthesizing complex data to drive business decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio), and basic SQL. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Collaboration & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and collaborate across teams to drive success.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in A/B testing, user journey analysis, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing technologies and automation tools.
