Job description

Join our team as a Senior Lifecycle Marketer and play a key role in shaping the customer experience: We're seeking a strategic and creative marketer to build and lead our lifecycle marketing program from the ground up, driving customer engagement and retention across our Corporate business segment.

This role is pivotal in designing and implementing a customer-obsessed strategy that drives engagement, loyalty, and long-term growth, ultimately increasing lifetime customer value. As the Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns relying heavily on email marketing, automated workflows, audience segmentation, and retention strategies across various touchpoints driven by this customer-centric strategy. In this role you will own the process from strategy conceptualization to tactical execution.

About the Role:

In this opportunity you will:

  • Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs that align with customer needs at different journey stages to meet business objectives across Corporates for various subsegments and GTMs (inclusive of Legal, Tax and Risk). These programs include but are not limited to cross-sell, upsell, risk-mitigation, renewal and retention activations.
  • Segment and target customers effectively using data-driven insights and create tailored campaigns for different lifecycle stages (Onboarding, Engagement, Retention, Re-activation, Risk Mitigation and Win-back).
  • Manage the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on email marketing.
  • Develop scalable, automated workflows to nurture customers through various lifecycle phases, ensuring smooth handoffs between acquisition and retention phases.
  • Continuously analyze the performance of campaigns, using A/B testing, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to iterate and improve results.
  • Support regular performance reports on key lifecycle metrics, including customer retention rates, engagement levels, churn rates, LCV and recurring net sales growth
  • Plan, manage and track a dedicated marketing budget
  • Present and communicate campaign plans, learnings, optimizations, and ongoing experimentation to cross-functional stakeholders and sales teams
  • Build a framework of retention marketing best practices to scalable use across the marketing organization

Key Deliverables:

  • Delivery of effective lifecycle strategies and campaigns across Risk, Legal and Tax GTMs as specified
  • Achievement against core marketing and sales retention metrics
  • Ongoing campaign and/or channel performance analysis for optimization
  • Ongoing performance reporting to key stakeholders across various internal groups
  • Ensure customer voice is infused into all campaign messaging and drives marketing actions across different stages of the post-sale journey
  • Best practices framework for retention marketing

About You :

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • 5+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategy
  • Lifecycle and/or significant email marketing experience preferred
  • Leader of omni-channel and digital marketing programming
  • Customer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere
  • Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization
  • Entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to drive strategy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
