Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied research or analytics experience in commercial real estate, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Expertise with CoStar, MSCI-RCA, Tableau/Power BI and CRM systems for client segmentation and BI.
• Experience in GIS mapping or spatial analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Client-facing communication and storytelling expertise to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create quarterly and annual market reports, economic outlooks and thought leadership content to elevate Colliers' brand.
• Provide strategic, client-facing research support for broker pursuits and client deliverables.
• Oversee accuracy of property databases, market statistics, and economic indicators.
• Interpret complex data into clear insights informing client decisions and CRE strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with local media, trade associations, public agencies, and academic institutions.
• Collaborate with valuation, capital markets, and leasing teams to support financial modeling and lease analysis.
• Work with marketing, GIS and IT teams to enhance data visualizations and research tools.
• Participate in local sales/leasing meetings and regional/national research calls.
