Insight Global in New York, NY seeks an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead and execute end-to-end audits across Markets, assess risks and controls, and drive remediation with business leaders.

You will partner with risk, compliance, and trading teams to support continuous monitoring and drive process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled testing. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 6+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets trading and regulation.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute end-to-end internal audits and regulatory validations across Markets.
• Assess business risks, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control gaps and provide actionable remediation findings.
• Partner with business leaders, risk, and compliance teams to drive actions.
• Support continuous monitoring and evaluate emerging risks in trading activities.
• Contribute to audit innovation, including automation and AI-enabled testing.
• Mentor junior auditors and provide technical guidance.
