Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior deck professional to evaluate maritime training curricula and supporting documentation. This remote role requires an initial two-week onsite orientation in West Virginia, with possible additional onsite training as needed.

Candidates must bring sailing experience and the ability to produce clear written evaluations of deck training materials, aligning them with Coast Guard regulations and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Hold or have held a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential endorsed as Master Unlimited Tonnage upon Oceans or Chief Mate Unlimited Tonnage upon Oceans.
• At least five years of sailing experience on the qualifying credential.
• Ability to evaluate deck training materials and explain technical findings in writing.
• Availability for an initial two-week onsite orientation in West Virginia and additional onsite training as required.
• Ability to coordinate during Eastern Time business hours and work effectively from a remote location.
• Ability to meet applicable customer screening, facility access, information protection, and system access requirements.

Position Information Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior deck professional to evaluate maritime training curricula and supporting documentation. Preferred qualifications

• Experience writing, developing, teaching, or evaluating maritime training courses.
• Experience with curriculum assessment, training quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
• A current Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) certificate is not required. Candidates who previously held the qualifying credential are welcome.
