Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS/SCI eligibility required.
• DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design and analysis of integrated systems including maritime craft subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend engineering programs and development plans across multiple disciplines.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to leadership and government counterparts.
• Collaborate with leadership, budget, contracting, and engineering teams to scope, justify, and gain project approvals.
• Support technical market research, proposal evaluations, and contract modifications including change orders.
• Provide input on engineering plans, cost estimates, schedules, and design calculations.
• Plan, execute, and document surveillance of design, development, test, and production activities.
