MANTECH in Hawaii seeks a senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu. The role focuses on expediting maritime consumables and repair parts, and coordinating with port authorities to overcome delays.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in logistics or related field with 10+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in OCONUS maritime operations, with leadership capabilities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations.

Responsabilités

• Validate and manage expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and coordinate with Port Authorities to bypass delays.
• Prepare and maintain reports on expedited maritime actions and audit readiness.
• Manage rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve.
• Validate shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal.
• Coordinate via Technical Status Meetings to resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
