Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced Automation Service Engineer to join our maritime team. You will work on automation and electrical systems onboard vessels, supporting new build projects, ensuring system reliability and performance.

You will test, commission and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, collaborate with shipyards and customers, and provide hands-on service on ships to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in industrial automation, electronics or maritime control systems.
• Minimum 5 years in automation/service roles, with maritime industry experience.
• Practical experience with PLC, SCADA and HMI software systems.

Responsabilités

• Work on automation and electrical systems on vessels for new builds and upgrades.
• Test and commission automation systems onboard ships.
• Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA/HMI and control systems to resolve issues.
• Provide service and support onboard ships and during handover phases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, shipyards and customers.
