Job summary

UIC Bowhead Transport LLC seeks a Marine Transportation Project Manager to lead and oversee complex marine projects. You will coordinate vessel operations, cargo movements, field personnel, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine transportation, marine operations, logistics, project management, cargo operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to marine operations and project personnel.
• Oversee and coordinate marine transportation projects, including vessel movements and port operations.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, voyage plans, and cargo movement timelines.
• Review project cost data and communicate budget status to leadership.
• Travel to vessels, ports, terminals, and project locations as necessary.
