On Pointe Contracting is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Foreman and Equipment Operator with welding experience to lead shoreline projects across Southeast Michigan. This is a hands-on, working foreman role where you will coordinate crews, operate heavy equipment, fabricate in the field, and ensure quality workmanship with minimal supervision.

You will oversee seawall installation, shoreline stabilization, excavation, grading, and drainage while maintaining safety and customer

Formación

• Candidates must have demonstrated experience in steel seawall installation and shoreline stabilization.
• Experience with excavation, grading, drainage, hardscape and landscape construction.
• Crew leadership and supervision required.
• Welding and fabrication experience including MIG and Stick welding, plasma cutting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crews on seawall, excavation, hardscape, and shoreline projects.
• Manage daily jobsite operations and safety.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Perform layout and project execution to schedule.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and documentation.
• Train and develop crew members.
