Responsibilities

• Lead inland lake field crews on-site
• Execute dock and lift installs/removals efficiently and professionally
• Operate equipment and tools as needed
• Perform layout, problem-solving, and jobsite leadership
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
• Coordinate daily needs with the Project Manager (materials, timing, scope)
• Train crew members and help develop future leaders
• Provide strong customer service on private residential waterfront properties
