Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of US Coast Guard and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule engineering activities across multiple disciplines to support project execution.
• Initiate and monitor engineering workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and control integrated master schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead requirements analysis to ensure compliance with standards and customer specs.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues with timely solutions during execution.
• Provide field engineering support at production facilities and resolve construction issues.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate activities and products.
• Support business development, estimating, and project management with technical input.
• Serve as liaison among customers, management, production, planning, procurement, and regulators.
• Organize project resources and ensure effective cross‑discipline communication.
