Qualifications

• 10 years of combined construction and estimating experience in heavy civil/marine construction.
• Experience estimating projects up to $50 million.
• Experience with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimates and proposals for quality and accuracy.
• Develop project work plans and schedules.
• Conduct material take-offs and organize pre-bid data.
• Coordinate strong business relationships with vendors and sub-contractors.
