Disney Cruise Line – The Walt Disney Company is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Operations leader to oversee all electrical and entertainment technology aboard our fleet. You will drive operations, safety, and compliance across shipboard electrical systems, automation, and networks.

Qualifications

10+ years of cruise industry experience leading electrical engineering and projects.
Experience managing complex electrical systems lifecycle, dry docks, refits, and capital programs.
Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, automation, and shipboard networks.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Marine Engineering; STCW Electro-Technical qualifications may substitute

Responsibilities

Lead operations and planning for all electrical systems and entertainment electrical operations.
Oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and liaison with USCG.
Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across ships.
Coordinate with shipyards for dry docks, refits and capital projects.
