Qualifications

• Ability to manage a construction project up to $50M+.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and the ability to read/analyze plans and specifications.
• Supervision of staff/crew members.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; excellent communicator.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise dredging and construction projects.
• Coordinate planning, mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
• Review plans, specs, and contract documents; discuss execution strategy with dredge supervisors.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with company policies and safety rules.
• Provide client communication, daily/weekly reports, schedules, and invoicing support.
• Lead project crew, internal/external reporting, and cost control.
