Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Florida seeks a Marine/Diving Construction Superintendent to lead field crews on concrete repair and offshore-ready projects from our St. Pete office.

You will plan with PMs, supervise foremen, ensure safety, and coordinate underwater work, with frequent travel and a background in marine construction and diving supervision.

ADCI certification preferred; competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in general construction with at least 5 years as Foreman or Assistant Superintendent on marine projects with commercial dive teams

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to field crews and supervise foremen
• Coordinate planning with project managers and other leaders
• Ensure crews operate safely and use tools/equipment properly
• Provide training and assistance to crews
• Assist PMs in evaluating productivity and schedules
• Complete essential paperwork accurately
• interview and hire field staff
• Provide leadership to our Safety 24/7 culture
