Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects with focus on infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine work. Based in Cranford, NJ, you will oversee field operations, manage costs, and coordinate with engineers and superintendents to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

You will direct a team, monitor schedules, and maintain strong owner relationships while ensuring safety and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, with a track record of successful outcomes in infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and staff.
• Undergraduate degree in construction engineering/management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy safety culture and compliance with safety policy.
• Ensure projects meet financial objectives by overseeing development and costs.
• Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with area superintendents and project engineers to plan means, methods, and schedules.
• Manage field operations and work sequences with the Project Executive.
• Review estimates, staffing needs, and resource allocation for project phases.
• Oversee monthly cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections; review and negotiate change orders.
